Miro is on a desert island planning his Easter picnic because it has the best weather. He is hiding eggs high and low, which is tricky when the sand is rather flat. So, our dragonet is being rather clever positioning his eggs. He has secreted ornate eggs in three colours interspersed with loads of the decoration: 'Creative egg hiding place'.

The rules:

1. Miro cannot properly hide ornate eggs (in any of the three colours) in more than two blocks consecutively in each column or row (and Miro’s 'Creative egg hiding places' cannot appear in more than two blocks consecutively in any column or row either).
2. His ornate eggs (in any of the three colours) can only appear four times in each column or row and the same applies to his 'Creative egg hiding places'.
3. The same pattern cannot occur in more than one column. The same applies to the rows, separately.


Copy/paste the puzzle into paint where you will be able to fill in the blank squares with a little colour magic, to help you keep track.
