    Greetings Miramagicians,

    A short while ago, I let you know that support can only be contacted via our official contact forms ingame.

    This was a first step towards a new internal support system which has some different requirements.

    Soon, more steps will follow and the switchover will be completed.

    What is important for you:

    With the new system, support replies won't be sent to your in-game inbox anymore. Instead, you will receive replies direct to your e-mail inbox only!

    So it is vitally important to make sure that your registered e-mail address is still working and that you have access to it. If that is not the case, please have your registered e-mail address updated now.

    In order to change your address, simply contact support, using the ingame message system, and include the following information:
    - list of all game worlds that you have an account on (eg: Miramagia.com)
    - list of all player names that go with those game worlds (eg. Miramagia.com: dragonholt)
    - short summary of why you cannot access your old e-mail address anymore
    - the new e-mail address for changing.

    Please be aware that support may need a little more time to process these requests - however, do be sure to ask for it to be done as soon as possible.
