Android 9 incompatibility

Hello, my phone (Xiaomi Mi 8) have Android 9 and the Miramagia app doesn't work... Anyone have the same issue ?

I'm not aware of an issue with Android 9 - have you tried reinstalling the Companion App? I will enquire . . .

Yes, I tried to reinstall the application, but it still does not work ... And it makes crash my phone

My investigations indicate this could be an issue with the Android 9 update . . .I found this suggestion:

To fix the “your device is not compatible with this version” error message, try clearing the Google Play Store cache, and then data. Next, restart the Google Play Store and try installing the app again.

Please see if that resolves the problem. (I can't test it; I have an iPhoone . . .}
