Over the past month I have been discussing this with TG and they have requested some information from you, the players.

Please could you reply to this post giving the answers to 2 questions:
1. Are you able to access the Growth Video feature?
2. In which country do you reside?

For instance:
1. No
2. UK

TG need this information to further their investigations with the feature provider.

My previous answer was No on computers, No on android phone, and Yes on android tablet.
After this fix, my answer is now Yes on computers, still NO on android phone, and Yes on android tablet.
I'm still in the US.

This is the second month in a row that this message shows and prevents any growth impulse. Are you sure there isn't a limit of use per month? It began working again last month on the 1st of Aug. I have been trying again repeatedly for 2 days now, but as you see, it still doesn't work.

Yes, I am sure there is no limit :D
The text of that failure notification is a bit misleading, take it for "special miramagic language".

So I understand you still can't watch the videos AT ALL? Or does that message show up only now and then?

If they don't work at all, please stay in contact with support, so they can try to figure out what might be the reason.
If it's only now and then, just do what the message says: Try again later - a few seconds are enough most times ;)
