Is there any word on when the companion app will be working again? After the switch to https we cannot connect at all.

A possible workaround is to download a browser app that permits flash and use that instead. I do that on my iPhone . . .

Is your phone fully updated, or have you tried turning it off for a few minutes?

Hi Odd, if you are using an Android, like me, then when there is an update the app stops working for a bit. It usually comes back within a few days. Not sure where the discord is - the app or the update. Good luck

Yes, my phone is fully updated, and it gets turned off regularly (at least once per week). It's an Android - Samsung Galaxy S9.
The app will not open at all. The screen turns black, and nothing else happens.

I don't usually bother with the app but, just to be certain, I played on all my servers just now. A little glitchy but working. I have a samsung note 8. Of course, whatever the problem was, it may have been fixed in the meantime? Try again, Odd_Won_Out?

The app finally started working again a couple days ago. I had completely given up on it, but my husband kept trying it.
