    Forum Rules

    These rules are valid for every post in this forum without any exception. Please check your inbox for Private Messages (PM) daily because staff members of MiraMagia usually communicate with you via PM.

    Using the search before asking questions or posting threads that have probably been posted before is mandatory.

    § 1 By using the forum I accept its rules
    The staff members, including but not limited to Moderators, sModerators and Administrators, of MiraMagia listed here administer and moderate the forum. The forum is open to every player for free and may be used for communication as allowed in this set of forum rules. By registering every user agrees to these terms and is obliged to follow them.

    § 1a Changing this set of forum rules
    The staff members of MiraMagia may change this set of forum rules in any way they see fit at any time without prior notice and/or special advertising. Any user not agreeing with the changes is free to leave the forum and/or ask for a deletion of his/her forum account. To delete your account just send a eMail to support@miramagia.com from the eMail address of the account.

    § 2 The staff members
    The staff members of MiraMagia are responsible for keeping the forum clean of disruptive content as well as ensuring a polite and user-friendly atmosphere.
    Disputes with staff members always have to be discussed by means of private messages in civilized and courteous manners. In case a dispute cannot be settled that way the user and/or staff member in question should mail support@miramagia.com explaining their problems.

    The staff members are not obligated to answer questions in threads as well as private messages, this will be done voluntarily.

    Complaints about any staff members have to be send via e-mail to support@miramagia.com, discussing these in the forums is illegal.

    § 3 The forum users
    Every person is only entitled to access this forum with a single account in general. Creating multiple accounts or owning multiple accounts is only tolerated on the basis of owning one forum account per game world account one owns. The staff members may, however, delete or deactivate any account considered to be one account out of a multitude owned by a single person, if they believe this decision to be necessary. The necessity is based on the usage statistics of the forum account(s) in question as well as the kind of usage the account is accessed for by the owner.

    Any account violating this set of forum rules may be banned, deleted, deactivated or punished by staff members depending on the severity of the infraction inflicted on the forum rules. The ban, deletion, deactivation or punishment may be extended to any other account the forum user in question owns if necessary.

    Creating any amount of new accounts to evade a ban, deletion, deactivation or punishment of another account is illegal and will be punished by deletion of the account(s).

    § 4 The Netiquette - general information
    The forum is used by the players for public interchange and helping each other and all users should feel welcome here. Therefore polite and respectful behaviour is required at all times. Flames and insults are not tolerated and will be punished. Excessive usage of colours, capitalization and spaces between words are not tolerated.

    Any links or posts that contain content violating this set of forum rules are illegal and will be removed by staff members.

    § 4a The Netiquette
    1. Following behaviour is punishable and applies to all posts, titles, and other user definable areas: Participation in abusive, defamatory, sexist, racist or profane language; disparaging any religion, race, nation, gender, age group, or sexual orientation; threatening persons with actions in real life.

    Posting or transmission of any material not suitable for underage persons or violating any applicable local, provincial, national or international laws or regulations, including sexually explicit, illegal, indecent or obscene images, material or links. The national regulations are these of the Federal Republic of Germany.

    Blackmailing players in a way that violates any of MiraMagia's rules (game as well as forum rules) respectively the general terms and conditions.

    2. Impersonation of officials or official positions, including, but not limited to, Administrators, ChatModerators and the Support, is illegal in any way.

    3. Advertisement of any kind that has not been permitted by the MiraMagia Team is impermissible.

    4. The only language allowed on this forum is English. Additionally users have to make sure their posts are understandable and formatted in a restrained way.

    5. Pictures may not exceed a size of 640x640 pixels if directly embedded into a post. The content of pictures is restricted as defined in -4a.1. Any picture violating the forum rules, whether embedded or linked only will be removed and the one to post it may be punished by a staff member.

    6. Any reports concerning violations of the forum rules have to be made by using the function provided in the forum itself and may not be made by posting them in threads. So called deputies are not tolerated and will be punished by staff members.

    7. Thief-game links as well as any unrelated links are not tolerated in any user definable area in the forum and will be removed by staff members.

    § 5 Miscellaneous
    1. The staff members are free to move a thread into another forum without leaving a shadow topic or notice in the old forum.

    2. Before you post a thread, please have a look if you have chosen the right forum. Otherwise the thread will be moved or closed. Only the thread starter may ask for closing, editing, deleting, or moving the thread.

    Posting a topic in several forums ("crossposting") is not allowed, except for announcements by staff members of MiraMagia. Crossposts will be deleted and the user be warned if necessary. The same applies to topics with the same content.

    3. The content of Private Messages (PMs), in game Messages (IGMs) and other private conversations (ICQ, AIM,...) are not allowed to be posted in the forum without the permission of the author(s). The copyright law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies to the whole forum.

    4. The users are obliged to edit their postings to avoid double postings.

    5. The users are obliged to follow subsets of forum rules for particular forum parts if this forum part has an additional etiquette adding to this set of rules.

    § 6
    The operator/site administrator of MiraMagia and its forum reserve the right to delete individual messages, posts and threads without stating reasons.

    Forum Rules and Netiquette

    These forum rules apply to all areas of this forum, including all functions and content.


    1. Account

    1. It is forbidden to own more than one account.
    2. If a user creates a new account in order to evade a punishment, it will be immediately deleted or permanently banned. In such a case, it is up to the discretion of the moderators to punish the user again, or to extend the existing punishment.
    3. It is forbidden to create accounts that bear a striking resemblance to moderators, multihunters or Community Managers. This includes the name, the signature and the avatar.
    4. This forum is dedicated to the player community of Miramagia Cone Bush. Forum accounts will need to be linked to active player accounts before they are authorised.
    5. Accounts that are suspected bot accounts will be deleted.


    2. Moderation

    1. It is ONLY the job of the moderators to attend to the order of the forum (deputies are not welcome).
    2. The primary task of the moderators is to enforce the forum rules and to ensure a respectful interaction amongst the users. If a violation of the forum rules occurs, the discretion lies with the respective moderators. Moderators work voluntarily and are therefore not present 24 hours a day.
    3. Moderators are not obliged to respond to questions. This takes place on a purely voluntary basis.
    4. Questions regarding bans should be sent in the first instance to the respective moderator by private message. Should you have reason to suspect abuse of the moderator powers, you may contact the Community Manager at any time at support@miramagia.com.


    3. Warnings / Bans

    1. Users who violate the forum rules will be reproved, and warned after repeat offences. For particularly serious violations, warnings will be given immediately by Community Managers and moderators (as the case may be).
    2. The following infraction system will apply for violations of the forum rules:
      • 1 effectual infraction point = 24 hour ban on reading and writing posts
      • 3 effectual infraction points = 7 day ban on reading and writing
      • 5 effectual infraction points = 1 month ban on reading and writing

    3. Should a user be unresponsive, unmanageable for the forum and its users or if their offence is so serious, they will have to accept a permanent ban. Furthermore, in such cases a penalty or even deletion could also follow within the game.


    4. Netiquette

    1. Insults, harassment, vilification or any other questionable comments about other players in any form and in any place within the forum will not be tolerated and will be dealt with.
    2. The writing of posts and messages in languages other than English is not permitted.
    3. On the whole forum, we don't permit links to the following:
      • pornographic content
      • offensive material, including but not limited to*extremist political opinions of any kind
      • other browser games
      • advertisements
      • various "don't click" pages

    4. Spam is forbidden across the whole forum. Among others, spam is considered as:
      • answers in the ideas section without any reasoning.
      • repeated answers (with regards to content or expression) at some time later.
      • the answering of old topics, without the inclusion of new facts being given.
      • posts that have nothing to do with the topic
      • posts that consist purely, or for the most part, of smileys
      • answers to topics that clearly violate the forum rules.
      • the renewed creation of an already closed thread.

    5. Blackmail is forbidden.
    6. Advertisement of any kind is not permitted.
    7. The publishing of private messages, IGMs, Community Manager/Support messages, emails and chat-logs from the game or the forum, without the permission of both respective parties, is not permitted.
    8. Ingame bans are not to be discussed in the forum. Support is to be contacted for that. Threads which discuss such matters will be deleted.
    9. It is forbidden to force or request a player to share their password or to break the rules.
    10. The imitation of official institutions in the game or the forum, as well as the use of unethical or politically incorrect names, is forbidden and will be penalized with immediate deletion in the forum or the game.
    11. Posts may only be written in one forum area. Exceptions are those from supporters or moderators, which will be shown in all forum areas in the first position. So-called 'cross-postings', threads of the same topic in several different sub-forums, are not permitted. Threads which have been posted in several forum areas will be deleted (with just one then remaining).
    12. Interest groups and profile messages that violate the netiquette are not permitted and will be deleted, their owners will also be punished.
    13. The founding and the administration of one or several pointless interest groups is not permitted.
    14. The use of images that violate copyright laws, personal rights or other rights of third parties are prohibited.


    5. Organisational

    1. By using this forum, I accept its rules.
      The forum is administrated and moderated by supporters of Miramagia. The forum is available to every participant / user for the exchange of opinions. This excludes players who have been prohibited from using this forum by the administrators/Community Managers (permanent ban, total ban). By registering, each user agrees to these forum rules and pledges to adhere to them.
    2. The staff reserve the right to delete particular posts and messages without providing a reason for it.
    3. The Miramagia team reserves the right to change the forum rules at any time.
    4. If any particular paragraph of these forum rules becomes invalid, only the validity of the respective paragraph is effected and not the whole set of rules. Invalid paragraphs will be corrected by the administrators/Community Managers as soon as possible.
