First, and most important of all -

    Stick to the blue djinni.
He takes you through a tutorial to the game. Clicking the underlined text will take you to some additional tips to the tutorial.

What to do if you do not know how something works or what this is?

Many, many things in Miramagia have tooltips (small information texts) that appear when you hover over an item or an image with the mouse pointer for a short time - but without clicking. It pays to read these notes to the different things - lots of questions can be answered that way. Try moving your cursor around the game screen and see what you can find out.

What to do if something is funny or not working as it should?

This works so many times: First reload / refresh the page (F5) .
In most browsers you can find somewhere near the web address bar a symbol for refreshing the page - it's a curled arrow in firefox and chrome - just click and confirm, if needed.

Clearing flash cache will also help in many situations. Miramagia is a flash based game and regular clearing of the flash cache is an essential first step.

This link may be of some help : - please click -

    Special case:
Your game gets stuck or you're logged off when doing field work

Mostly this happens if you don't use little helpers - and it does not mean you have to buy the package to be able to play Usually there is some kind of overload or too many actions in too little time.
Please evaluate how you are doing the sowing/harvesting/downpouring:
If you have been clicking every field tile one by one, this is tiring both for you and the server.
Try to click and hold the left mouse button while moving the cursor across the field - this way you can cover the whoe field in one motion/action and you should be fine.
You can even do this when using the app: instead of tapping each field tile you can leave your finger on the touch screen of your device and wipe across the field in a zig zag movement.

What to do if I'm stuck and tooltips and reloading page hasn't helped? ?

Then you should try and seek out more experienced players.

    * When players with a high character level (or even transformed players) live in your village, you can ask them.

    * There is a chat channel for "Questions about the game" marked with a ? blue :
especially for people with questions about the game. Players with a lot of knowledge about Mira or technically savvy people who read there do respond with answers or advice. Of course, this might take a while, because they're all players themselves - who are not online around the clock and even then have no obligation waiting all the time to see if someone has a question. However, have some patience, they will try to help you:

    * Search the Forum in case there are already topics about your problems. If so, you'll find there are usually also suggestions on how you can solve the problem. In the game you can find a link to the forum at the bottom of the black bar .
Using the search function with key words to do with your problem is always a good place to try.

If all of that still does not help, you can even create a thread and describe your problem in the forum. You have to be registered as a user, however. The more accurate your information is, the better you can be helped !

Otherwise you can you also contact the support directly in the game using the Mailbox - > New Message -> Support :
    or

    **

Now you need to choose between "support team" and "premium support ( rubies )" .

Support team deals with technical problems for the game itself and complaints between players.

Premium Support is exclusively responsible for problems buying rubies and other irregularities in connection with rubies.

If you want to enclose screenshots, you can edit this either by images hosting (usually free providers from which stored images can then be accessed on the Internet) to upload and then send us the link in the message or write to the support directly via real e-mail and there also send the images as an attachment: support@miramagia.com

    Redirects from the level-up window

Every time you level up, a message window that tells you what new character level you've just reached appears. In almost all stages you'll find information in this window , including what new content you've unlocked. If you click on this content, you'll be automatically redirected to where you can use or activate them.

    * Plant - The Sorceror's Corner Shop opens, and the appropriate type of plant is already selected, so that you can buy them easily.

    * Decoration - The Sorceror's Corner Shop opens, and the corresponding decoration object is already selected.

    * Spells - The Academy opens where you can select the spell and learn, if you possess all necessary plants and the tuition fee for that.

Note: Always make sure you scroll down completely until the end or you might easily miss the information about a new spell being available at the Mage Academy.

    Mana, Mana

… is a very valuable resource and has to be gained patiently.

A large village tree presents you with more mana than a smaller one – your Magic Circle will distribute more mana the larger it becomes, and bonus objects in your Magic Laboratory will even increase that amount.

But right at the beginning mana is pretty hard to come by and at the same time essential for your progress in the game: above all, you will need mana to vaporise the blocked patches of your field. So bit by bit you can enlarge the area of cultivable land. The first few vaporisations are still cheap, but the expenses for vaporisation will increase greatly with every patch you are going to clear.

So it is wise to save mana even if the next level of the vaporising spell seems a long way to go. For instance: the patches with lvl 5 obstacles (tree stumps) will need a total of about 1.2 million mana!

    Useful little things

    Short range teleportation

After a while you will probably get tired of waiting
for your avatar to slowly walk across the village map.
There is a quicker way – the short distance teleport.
You will find it in the bottom toolbar at the left,
just next to the little head showing your character’s level progress.
It’s the icon made of concentric circles,
you can easily activate it by clicking that icon.
Yellow icon: activated – grey icon: disabled.

Keyboard shortcuts to show or hide decoration items

Time and again this happens accidentally - someone trying to arrange their decoration items will be surprised that they won’t be in their place but have simply disappeared! This isn’t a bug but the player’s own decorations has been disabled from being shown.

    .
By pressing „page up“ you can hide or show other players‘ decoration.

By pressing „page down“ you can hide or show your own decoration.

    More keyboard shortcuts

+: Zoom in (villages, city, world tree, valley map, dream world)

-: Zoom out (villages, city, world tree, valley map, dream world)

ESC: Allows you to close menus and screens like the shops in the city, dragon race screen, tree watering and many more.

Space bar: When you are "holding" a decoration item in your hand (= when it's sticking to your cursor), using the space bar will rotate the item if possible. You can do that either with outdoor decoration or indoor decoration - especially single seats in the dreamworld estate may be rotated in four directions.

Ctrl: When you're decorating, you can use the Ctrl-Key to automatically get the next item of that sort. Press it before placing the one that is currently attached to your cursor and you'll get the next one attached to your cursor without the menu opening again and having to select again.
Please note: If you're using a MAC COMPUTER, you need to press the Cmd-Key instead.

Right click and going to keyboard commands is another way of accessing the hotkeys.

    Miragic and transformation

Sooner or later you are going to wonder what they are about: at the moment this isn’t important to you . It is about the long term goals of Miramagia – just concentrate on getting to know the game ,finding friends and a village in which you feel comfortable.

After some time, when you became accustomed to the game and maybe grow some ambitions , you can read up on transformation and miragic to learn more.

    Dragon races

Your dragon is able to compete in races as soon as it has hatched.
In dragon races you will find treasures on your way and you will be awarded a prize at the end of the race. You will get gold, mana and XP, or useful spells for future races and occasionally one or two rubies at the waypoints.

The winner of a normal (or slow) race is awarded 2 (or 4) rubies, along with gold, mana, XP, a regeneration spell, a fairy for a certain time and other things.

Surely that sounds very enticing - and dragon races are fun to do! But in your low levels you should think twice about what kind of race you want to do and when.
Be careful with slow races. They usually take 5-7 days and as long as you are in a race you can't feed your dragon.

    Moving chat bubbles

Really a useful thing: When players are sitting or dancing on a dance floor, you can move their chat bubbles and arrange them where you can read them best.

How to do it: hover over the bubble - your cursor will turn into a little hand. 'Left click and hold' will grab the bubble - moving your mouse will move the bubble.

    Additional tips for the tutorial

    Task 18 „Questie 1“:

You are asked to deliver to one of the little people waiting at your field; they are called questies.

You absolutely should deliver to only one of them - and later on, when the djinni gives you that task, another one. Let the others stand and wait, neither decline their offers nor deliver to them.

Even for the task "Cash Cow“ (Earn 3,000 Gold) it is cleverer to earn that gold by selling crops at the market than by delivering to questies – even though the djinni gives you that tip.

Reason why: A little later you will get a task about delivering to 10 questies. You should know that the djinni will count only those questies you delivered to after he gave you that task, not the ones you did before. As you will get only 5 questies every day you will be able to finish that task a lot faster if you have saved your questies for it.

    Exercise 19 " market day "

As you create your offer make sure that you do not sell your plants too cheaply!
Automatically , the minimum price is set , or 40 % of the regular price at the Sorcerers Corner . At best you can look into the plant selection and try and find a reasonable selling price.

Players are happy to help beginners in Miramagia ! You are most welcome to ask for assistance in the chat, and to let people know your offers are waiting . But remember that it can take quite a while , usually about 20 mins, until other players can see your offer at all. In the market area "My Offers" you can see the price of plants you currently have on the market.

Pale plant name and font means that the offer is not yet visible to other players and is still in the queue.

Strong colourful plant and black font mean that the offer is ready to be bought .

"Removing supply ' With the button you can bring your plants back to the storehouse, if you do not want to sell the plants.

Do not be surprised about the many offers at the highest price (25 % more than the regular price at The Sorcerers Corner ) : Many players use the market as a normal external storage - these deals are usually not really meant for sale ^ ^ .

    " Find Friends " Task 20

In this task, you should send a friend request. Whether the other player accepts or rejects it does not matter - the task has been met. Beautiful it is, of course , if you actually find friends.

It is best first to send requests to your fellow members in the village.

    * If someone is online and running around , you can click their avatar and get a small menu. Choose there the option "Invite" .

    * If no one is online, you have two options:

    1) The route via the friends list

-> You notice the name of a player from your village
-> Open the mailbox on the friends list
-> Click the button " Add" (at the bottom right)
-> Insert the name of the player in the text box and click " Search"
****(the first few letters are enough to search, but then you might get then a very long list of possible nicknames beginning with those letters) ****
    -> Select the correct nickname
    -> Click again "Add"

    2) The route via the rankings in the town hall

-> Travel to the city and visit the town hall (just click the building)
-> A ranking of Players in your valley will appear
-> Chose the ranking "From my village only"
-> Click one of the names in that list and chose "Invite"

Next, you can send a friendship request even to players who do not live in the same village.

    * The easy way is to click on someone in the city and send them an "invite".

    * Also in the chat you can send a friendship request - just click the name of the corresponding player and choose again "Invite" .

    * To find a particular player at the Town Hall, it is useful to select "Whole world" at first. Then you have to enter the full name correctly in the search box at the bottom - this is sometimes difficult if the person uses signs or spaces in their nickname, especially at the beginning or end of their name - and even impossible in some rare cases, but no one knows why.
